RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Whether you shop in-store, online or are a gift recipient we want you to be 100% satisfied with  every purchase. Feel free to return your purchases if you are not completely satisfied within 21 days of purchase for a full refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, include the vendor tags and Boutique tags and be in the same condition as when they were purchased. Shoes must be in original undamaged box. Purchases with promotional discount are returnable within 21 days for a full refund. SALE ITEMS, UNDERGARMENTS, SWIMWEAR, AND SUNGLASSES ARE FINAL SALE.

PLEASE NOTE IN-STORE PURCHASES ARE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY IF RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS. 

RETURNS:  You may return your purchase in person at our store in McHenry Village and one of our Style Advisors will be happy to help you process your refund, make an exchange for a different size, or select a new item. You may also return your purchase by UPS, USPS, or FedEx, which ever you prefer. We do not offer free return shipping. Once we process your return, we will credit your purchase with the same credit card used for the purchase. Please be advised that items that do not conform to the above criteria are not returnable.

You can send items back via the shipping of your choice to the below address. Please enclose your packing slip to help us identify your order. Don’t forget to keep a copy of your packing slip and the tracking number from the delivery service you use.

EXCHANGES: If you would like to exchange an item for another color or size, please contact us via email boutiqueonlineorders@gmail.com or call us at 209-571-3503 to insure that the new item is available.  We only accept returns for exchange if they meet all criteria for an acceptable return (see above). Please make sure to note the exchange on the return form. We will ship the exchange to you at our expense.
